From Burnout to Breakthrough: My Journey to Empowerment
After years of caring for aging parents, raising four children, balancing a demanding career as a corporate tax accountant, and navigating a difficult marriage, I found myself completely burned out. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and hopeless. Life had become too much to handle.
Losing my mother to COVID in 2021 was the moment I hit rock bottom. The grief, stress, and exhaustion finally caught up with me — and I knew something had to change.
In the midst of that darkness, I began searching for a new path. That search led me to coaching — and it transformed my life.
Through coaching, I found healing, hope, empowerment, and a renewed sense of purpose. I became a National Board-Certified Integrated Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Coach, and a Certified Life Coach. Now, I help others do what I once thought was impossible: find peace — in their lives, their minds, and their bodies.
